Be active and rest frequently. Work in-house work that make you active. Take rest between the work. You can change the look of your room or house by shifting lightweight things. If you sleep on your side, it is wise to place a pillow between the thighs. This can provide comfort. A nursing pillow or pregnancy pillow is often nice for this. But there are also special knee pads available in market. By placing a pillow between the legs, your pelvis is more stable .

Keep moving regularly to maintain your fitness, health and resilience is good. You can try walking, cycling or swimming. These activities are ideal for pregnant women. But be careful, this should not be too much.

Heat increase blood flow, which may help reduce your pain. You can sit in a warm water tub to provide relief. Alternatively you can try heating pad or warm compress on your belly.
