After Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train, the second will connect Delhi and Varanasi (The City of Lord Shiva).
As we know the distance between these two cities are approx. 750 KM, which will be covered just in 4 hours 40 minutes after getting this second bullet train.
In present time this distance covers by Indian Railway in approx. 11 hours. But it will be easy to travel from Delhi to Varanasi in just under 5 hours.
According to the report Delhi – Varanasi route will be part of the Delhi- Kolkata corridor. Train will pass through Aligarh, Agra, Kanpur, Lucknow and Sultanpur between Varanasi from Delhi.
