Though he never apologized for what he stated at the press event last month, Salman has now come forward to Blame It on Rio. As per a report, published by Zee News’ online portal, the 50-year-old Khan has now expressed anguish over this month-long hullabaloo, and slammed media houses for taking his statement in a wrong context. He also said that he feels bad when his statements are twisted and distorted.
Earlier, at a press conference last month, the Dabang star had compared his tiresomeness after the shooting schedule of his recently released movie Sultan with that of a raped woman. This insincere avowal created a flood of criticism; some even lodged a complaint against him.

When the reporter asked him about how he deals with such controversy and criticism, this was his comment,
“So, now should I give you something to survive for the next two weeks? If I don’t say anything, I am boring. See, I understand your responsibility towards your job. But, if I say something my people will not like it. So, you guys decide and, tell me, what you want me to do”,
reports Zee News. Salman also added that if he would not say anything at all, then also the attention hungry journalists would write and create stories about him.
