Nourishing the skin

For dry skin – take 50 ml pure almond oil as a base oil. Add 5 ml wheat germ oil and 2 drops geranium essential oil. Put it in a bottle and shake well. Take a little of this oil and massage it on the skin, after cleansing, with outward and slightly upward movements, for 2 minutes. Wipe off with moist cotton wool.

Hibiscus (Gurhal or Java): Crush the flowers in your hands lightly and add them to cool water. Leave it overnight. Strain and use the water to wash your hair. The flowers can also be added to hot water and allowed to stand for a few hours. It nourishes the hair and adds shine.
