If you have been diagnosed with Liver Diseases, then keep in mind the following points:

• Incorporate healthy eating habits in your routine.
• Maintain body weight according to your height. If you are overweight, then the pressure will increase on your heart and lungs, which will make breathing difficult. On the other hand, If your weight is less than required, your stamina will decrease and you will feel weak.
• Talk to your doctor and ask him the quantity of daily water intake.
• Reduce the amount of salt in your food, as eating too much salt can cause breathing problems. Also avoid chutney, achaar and papad as far as possible.
• Choose the right foods. Avoid those that can cause acidity and bloated stomach. Eat food in short intervals, rather than eating all at a time. Foods rich in fibre such as vegetables, dried legumes, bran, whole grains, rice, cereals, pasta and fresh fruit aid in digestion by helping your food move more easily through your digestive tract.
