Nokia 3310 which was popular more for it’s snake game than other features made a comeback globally at MCW (Mobile World Congress) 2017 in Barcelona on Sunday. Reborn after 17 years, the phone has a bigger display of 2.4-inches with 2G connectivity, 16 MB storage space which can be expanded up to 32 GB. Other features like LED flash light and 2- megapixel take us more closer to the year 2000 when it was launched and sold to around 12 crore 60 lakh customers.
The modern version comes with 22 hours of talk time and month long battery life. Talking about the classic snake game, it will be available via Facebook messenger on the phone, confirmed the company. For glossy look, the mobile comes in two colours warm red and yellow. But, if you like matte finish, then dark blue and grey are the colours for you. It’s priced around 3500.
Alongside Nokia 3310, Nokia android smartphones-Nokia 6, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3 were also the highlights of the event. Expected to be available around April this year in India, Nokia 6 has 5.5-inch full HD screen display with dual sim and dual speakers. It has 4GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. It supports 4G VoLTE/wifi and Dolby Atmos. It is priced around 16,000 with the choice of colours amongst matte black, silver, tempered blue and copper. It’s another version Nokia ARTE is priced around 21,000.
Nokia 5 has similar colours as Nokia 6, but is smaller in size. With 5.2-inch full HD screen, it is priced around 13,000.
5-inch screen, 8-megapixel camera both in front and back are the special features of Nokia 3 roughly costs 9800.
